DON'T BLAME DR.McDAN FOR THE FLOODS - HON. SAMPSON TETTEH KPANKPAH (ADA WEST DCE)

The recent floods in Sege and its environs, according to the District Chief Executive of the Ada West District (Hon. Sampson Tetteh Kpankpah), cannot be ascribed to Dr. McDaniel Korley's ELECTROCHEM GHANA.

Hon. Sampson Tetteh Kpankpah explained that the flood was caused by damage to several segments of the Dawa irrigation dam, which let water to flow into low-lying regions across numerous coastal settlements following the Wednesday downpour.

As a result, he denounced recent recordings that have gone viral on social media, blaming the flood in his district on the actions of ELECTROCHEM GHANA.

He went on to thank Electrochem Ghana for responding to the Assembly's request to release some of its excavators to dredge existing canals built earlier this year ahead of the rainy season and establish new channels, allowing water from the severely flooded cities to move more swiftly into the ocean.
